Betula utilis ‘Jacquemontii’, also known as The Himalayan White Birch, is a popular distinctive form of the ”white” birch. The ascending branches form a spreading head. The coppery-brown bark on the young wood eventually peels to leave a distinctive white bark. The dark green serrated leaves turn golden-yellow in the autumn before leaf fall. A variety that’s worthy of any garden for its year round interest!
This particular specimen comes with several stems per pot.
The plant’s growth rate and size will vary depending on planting position & conditions, and bloom, foliage and interest may vary from photo upon delivery, dependant on season.
Delivery Note: Please note that unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver plants to Northern Ireland.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
This item will be delivered on a wooden pallet. The pallet will be delivered using a heavy goods vehicle and will need plenty of room to deliver as well as needing someone to sign for the delivery.
As the deliveries are kerbside, this means that the driver will take the pallet off the lorry and will only be able to move the pallet to a close and easily accessible place from the road. The driver will not be able to wheel the delivery across any uneven surface such as grass, gravel or up or down steps and will not unload the items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them.
If there are any issues with the access to your property, please contact us before your order is dispatched so that we can discuss possible alternative arrangements – failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and a re-delivery charge may be applicable.
Please note that some areas including Central London, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge.
