About Our Products

What types of plants do you sell?
We offer a wide variety of plants including houseplants, perennials, shrubs, bamboos & grasses, climbers, conifers, and bonsai. We also carry flower seeds and eco-friendly pots to help your plants thrive.
Do you sell gardening tools as well as plants?
Yes! We offer a selection of quality gardening tools including cutting tools, digging tools, children’s tools, and automatic watering systems. We also carry care products to help maintain your plants.
Are your plants suitable for beginners?
We have plants suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced gardeners. Each plant comes with a care card containing specific instructions to help your new plant thrive in its new home.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience and security.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all your payment information. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if we catch it before processing begins.

Delivery Information

What are your delivery options?
We offer two delivery options:
– Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 working days after dispatch
– Free Shipping: For orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 working days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
Our plant-loving team in Nottingham carefully hand-packs each order. Processing typically takes 1-2 working days before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, excluding parts of Asia and some remote locations due to plant health regulations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, all orders come with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your garden.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return.
How do I return an item?

What should I do if my plants arrive damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, sometimes plants can be affected by their journey. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we’ll work to make it right.

Plant Care After Delivery

How should I care for my new plants when they arrive?
Your plants will appreciate:
– Watering according to their specific needs (check included care cards)
– A few days in indirect light to acclimatise to their new home
– Being planted in appropriate compost if they’ve outgrown their transit pots
My plant looks stressed after delivery – is this normal?
Yes, some stress after transit is completely normal. Follow the care instructions provided, give it proper light and water, and your plant should recover within a week or two.
