Order Processing Time

We carefully prepare each order with the same attention we give our plants. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories
  • You must have your original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate or perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All live plants (including A-Z Houseplants, A-Z Perennials, A-Z Shrubs, Bamboos & Grasses, Climbers, Conifers, and Bonsai trees)
  • Flower seeds (due to difficulty verifying if planted)
  • Used care products (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.)
  • Personalized or made-to-order items

Exception: If your live plant arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos at [email protected].

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: your desired replacement product

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Be sure to include your RMA number on the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refund Information

When your return is processed:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). The fastest way to receive your replacement is to:

  1. Return the original item following our standard return process
  2. Place a new order once your return is received

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Retain your shipping receipt until your refund is processed
