Syringa microphylla ‘Superba’ (known as the little leaf lilac) is a good sized deciduous shrub that produces brilliant panicles of like pink flowers, which open up from dark pink buds. This two tone effect is quite spectacular during the spring, and the flowers open with wonderful delicate fragrance! It mostly has ovate leaves in a mid-green colour which contrasts well with the flowers.
This particular specimen is grown as standard on a stem.
The plant’s growth rate and size will vary depending on planting position & conditions. Bloom, foliage and interest may vary from photo upon delivery, dependant on season.
